What to Wear

  • Go Greek Day:  You will be given a 2011 Panhellenic Recruitment t-shirt to wear when you come to Recruitment Orientation. We recommend wearing comfortable shorts and sneakers or sandals.  Sorority members will be wearing letter shirts with shorts and comfortable shoes also. See picture directly below for examples of what to wear for this day.

  • Philanthropy Day:  Be cool and comfortable!  Shorts outfits, capris, casual sundresses are all appropriate for this day.  You will be working on a craft in each house.  Sorority members will be wearing philanthropy tee shirts and shorts or jeans. See picture directly below for examples of what to wear for this day.

  • Theme Night:  This day is a little dressier than the last two days.  Pants outfits, capris, sundresses, casual skirt outfits...are all appropriate for Theme Night.  Flat sandals and shoes are absolutely appropriate.  Chapter members will be wearing a variety of outfits from simple black pants and a top to varied sundresses.  Some will be dressed and ready for their part in the chapter's skit for that night. See picture directly below for examples of what to wear for this day.

  • Preference:  This day is the most serious and therefore, more dressy.  A dress that you would wear to church, to a ceremony, or to a wedding is appropriate.  You'll be better off if you can wear flat, comfortable shoes/sandals.  If you must wear heels, we suggest you bring a pair of flip-flops with you for travelling in between houses and back and forth.  Chapter members will be wearing similar dresses. See picture directly below for examples of what to wear for this day.
